WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A west Wichita hotel is closed after significant damage from a fire Sunday afternoon. Sedgwick County dispatch said a fire was reported just after 5 p.m. in at 550 S. Florence, a Days Inn hotel. When firefighters arrived, smoke and flames were pouring out of a first-floor window.
