WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – The next Frontiers in Flight air show at McConnell Air Force Base featuring the Blue Angels is coming up later this month, and it’s free to the public. The two-day event is on August 24 and 25. According to the U.S. Navy Blue Angels schedule, the squadron will take to the sky for both days of the event, which also includes a wide variety of civilian and military static aircraft. The last time the Blue Angels were in Wichita was in 2007.
