WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The Wichita Animal Action League is celebrating after being awarded a $50,000 grant to support pet owners in the Hilltop neighborhood. This grant is part of the PetSmart Charities Incubator grant program, which provides funds to animal rescues to increase resources in underserved areas, many of which lack access to community support, including veterinary services.
