After over 10 years, PBR’s Unleash the Beast returning to Wichita

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — After over a decade of absence, Professional Bull Riders: Unleash the Beast will return to Wichita.

The organization says the event brings the top 40 bull riders to 25 cities across 20 states over seven months, culminating with the PBR World Finals in May 2025 in Forth Worth, Texas. Wichita is the fifth stop for the tour in December.

The last time the Unleash the Beast tour stopped in Wichita was in 2011. Earlier this year, Wichita hosted the PBR Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour , a qualifying event for riders to earn enough points to earn a spot on the Unleash the Beast tour and a chance to compete in the world finals.

Unleash the Beast comes to Intrust Bank Arena Dec. 13-14. Tickets go on sale starting September 27.
