WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Wichita’s Nomar Plaza was the place to be Friday evening for great-tasting food.
Nomar Eatz was a celebration that brought together food trucks, caterers and other vendors to showcase north Wichita’s vibrant food and culture scene.

There was a burrito-eating competition, but there was fun for more than just tastebuds. There was also music and dancing.
“I feel like food is always a good excuse to bring together, so why not use food to bring people and explore what Wichita has to offer,” Fudek Serrano, co-founder of Nomar Eatz, said.
The goal is to make this an annual event.
