Texas man indicted by Wichita grand jury for drug trafficking

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A federal grand jury in Wichita charged a Houston man with charges related to drug trafficking on Thursday.

A news release from the Department of Justice said Mario Guerrero, 33, was charged with:

  • One count of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute
  • One count of possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute

The Drug Enforcement Administration is investigating the case, and it’s being prosecuted by assistant U.S. Attorney Katie Andrusak
