WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – A 19-year-old Fort Riley soldier is charged in connection to a crash that killed an off-duty Clearwater police officer earlier this year. Court records show Gage Kaiser, of Mulvane, is charged with involuntary manslaughter while under the influence and two counts of aggravated battery. The charges were filed last month, and Kaiser was booked into the Sedgwick County Jail on Wednesday.
