WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The man accused of causing a crash that killed an off-duty Clearwater Police Officer appeared in a Sedgwick County courtroom on Thursday. Gage Kaiser, 19, of Fort Riley, is charged with involuntary manslaughter while driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol in connection with the crash that killed Scott Hollingsworth.
