A teenager has been charged in a fatal shooting that happened in March outside a smoke shop in north Wichita. A hearing was held for 18-year-old Tyree Jackson, and he is charged with two alternative counts of 1st degree murder, criminal discharge of a firearm, and criminal possession of a weapon by a convicted felon. His next court date is scheduled for September 26th, and his bond was set at $1 million.
