Today, the Awesome is right here in Wichita. Paula Love-Moore loves rock hunting and it was that love that put her life in danger recently at Kanopolis Lake State Park. Paula lost her footing and took a 30-foot fall to the bottom of a steep hill. Injured and not opening her eyes, she shouted for help. Soon, she heard the voice of 16-year-old Ayden, who stayed by her side, keeping her safe and telling her help was on the way. Paula suffered serious injuries including a slow brain bleed, a broken back in two places, bruising and more. She is expected to make a full recovery and wants to meet Ayden some day to give him a big hug. Being in the right place at the right time to call for help and save a life, Ayden, THAT’S AWESOME.
