SEDGWICK COUNTY -A Kansas home daycare provider accused of child abuse made a court appearance on Tuesday. Ija Hall, 29, of Wichita, owner of His Loving Hands Home Childcare, 357 N. Erie in Wichita, was charged with two counts of abuse of a child, according to the Sedgwick County District Attorney’s office.
