WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Avery Johnson’s original goal to raise $20,000 for Dr. Chris Botts, the Maize High principal who is battling cancer, was shattered earlier this week. And Johnson, the Kansas State quarterback who graduated from Maize in 2023, is well on his way to meeting the next benchmark.
