Teen hopes to withdraw plea in shooting death of Wichita boy at Towne East Square

WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – A teenager now plans to formally withdraw his plea of no contest in the fatal shooting of a 14-year-old boy inside a Wichita mall in 2022. The Sedgwick County district attorney’s office said 19-year-old Te’bryis Robinson withdrew his no-contest plea that was originally made on July 12. The no-contest plea was to second-degree murder, attempted second-degree murder and aggravated battery.
