Dozens of homeowners want answers after they say they paid a local pool contractor tens of thousands of dollars and never got a pool. They formed a Facebook page hoping to warn others not to hire the same man. More than 70 people have joined that Facebook group claiming they hired pool salesman Tom Binion. Each put down a deposit. Contractors started the work, but the jobs were never finished.
