For the seventh year, downtown Wichita will be hosting an event known as Open Streets ICT. Traffic will be closed on Douglas from Delano to College Hill to allow for pedestrian and bicycle traffic, and there will be food vendors, live entertainment and special events. The event will take place Sunday, October 13th from noon to 5 p.m.
