WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – A 25-year-old man has been arrested after police say he crashed his pickup truck into a popular restaurant and bar in Wichita’s Delano district. Sedgwick County booking records show Neil Bowie was arrested for driving under the influence and driving without registration or with an expired tag. He did not appear on the jail’s website at 7 a.m. Thursday.
