This morning, law enforcement authorities in El Dorado apprehended a couple on charges of domestic violence and aggravated assault following a reported stabbing incident. The El Dorado Police Department reported that Julia Felt and Trevor Toney were the sole individuals involved in the altercation. Following the incident, both Felt and Toney were apprehended.
