WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A blizzard is moving through Kansas and knocking out power.
According to poweroutage.us , over 32,000 Kansans were without power as of 10:55 a.m. The counties with the most outages are Phillips, Ness, Ellis, Gray, Gove, Graham, Osborne, Rooks, Russell, Smith and Jewell.
