It’s hard not to notice a massive cattle truck parked right here in the middle of all the action. Unless you get close, you have no clue it’s actually a barbeque truck. It also serves as a way to give back to others.
Serving up classic Kansas City barbecue, J.T. Harrison got the idea for his tailgate company while working in the athletic department at the University of Kansas. He says he noticed the need.
