TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – The Topeka Police Department is asking the public to avoid the area of SW 21st Street from SW Washburn Ave to SW Jewell Ave as it investigates a fatality traffic accident.
TPD says around 3:00 p.m., officers responded to an injury accident involving two vehicles near SW 21st St. and College Ave.
One person was taken to a local hospital, where they were pronounced deceased…
