SEDGWICK, Kan. (KSNW) — A woman has been arrested after an attempted kidnapping in Sedgwick.
Sedgwick Police Chief Bryan Hall says it happened Tuesday, April 15, around 6:40 p.m. Chief Hall says witnesses told investigators that a woman tried to forcibly take a child from the school practice field in the 400 block of W. 4th.
