WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — One month ago, almost 8,000 people appealed their Sedgwick County property valuations. So far, 763 of them have succeeded in getting the valuation changed.
The Sedgwick County Appraiser’s Office mailed the valuations in March. The county appraiser said 87% of residential and 73% of commercial properties increased in value.
