WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Drivers can expect traffic disruptions at Central and Maize through the end of the week as crews work to repair a pavement cut in the intersection.

The City of Wichita Public Works Department says the road repairs will be necessary after crews cut into the pavement to access underground infrastructure. The project is expected to wrap up by the middle of next week, depending on weather conditions, the city said in a social post .
As part of the traffic restrictions now in effect:
- Eastbound traffic on Central cannot turn left.
- Westbound Central traffic is limited to right turns only.
- Northbound traffic on Maize Road can only turn right.
- Southbound Maize Road traffic is not allowed to make left turns.
