Wichita teen guilty in acid attack where drain cleaner was thrown in girl’s face

A jury has convicted a Wichita woman of participating in an acid attack last year that left another teenager with second-degree burns to her face.

Ye’Kira Hollins, 19, was found guilty Wednesday at trial of one count of aggravated battery where she recklessly caused great bodily harm, court records show. She is scheduled for sentencing on June 13.
