WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – After flash flooding in south-central Kansas this summer and now, the deadly floods in Texas, emergency officials said you need to be prepared when severe weather strikes.
Sedgwick County Emergency Management Director Julie Stimson said it doesn’t hurt to take extra precautions.
