WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Changes are coming to Towne West Square. On Monday, workers were inside the building preparing for a major transformation. Provider Real Estate Partners LLC, the mall’s new owner, is converting the space into the Wichita Business Park.
Now that most of the stores are empty, Provider Real Estate Partners has crews walking the halls, surveying the space, and starting to make plans for the future site.
The company says it will reconfigure the interior for “light industrial” purposes, including assembly, advanced manufacturing, research and development, medical, or office space. They also hope to expand beyond the building’s walls, repurposing parts of the parking lot for future business opportunities.
While no specific tenants have been announced yet, the company states that it can accommodate businesses requiring anywhere from 25,000 to 500,000 square feet of space. The goal is to welcome the first new corporate tenant by 2026…
