BEECH GROVE, Ind. (KSNW) — A man suspected of causing a crash that killed a Wichita man, his teenage son, and his nephew has been arrested in Indiana, nearly a month after the fatal collision in Butler County.

Authorities say the 24-year-old Louisiana man was arrested July 9 in Beech Grove, a city in the Indianapolis area, on a warrant issued out of Butler County. The crash happened the night of June 11 near mile marker 315. Investigators say the pickup was headed east when it veered into westbound traffic and collided with a white Toyota Tacoma. A witness told deputies the pickup had been weaving across the highway just before the crash.
