Two injured in six-vehicle crash in north Wichita; traffic cone knocked into road

Two people were injured in a six-vehicle crash Friday morning on K-254 in north Wichita, the Kansas Highway Patrol said.

A 57-year-old Augusta woman driving a 2023 Chevrolet Trailblazer was taken to Wesley Medical Center with suspected serious injuries; a 54-year-old Wichita man driving a 2010 Toyota Corolla was taken to Ascension Via Christi St. Francis with suspected minor injuries; and a 73-year-old Wichita man driving a 2020 Dodge Ram also went to the hospital but a trooper wrote in a crash report that he had “no apparent injury.”
