WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The new owners of Towne West Mall can now issue millions of dollars in industrial revenue bonds to assist with the mall’s renovation. The owners plan to turn it into a business park, and construction has already begun on that project.
The Wichita City Council approved the issuance of the bonds on Tuesday.
