WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The next phase of construction is underway at Second Light, the former Multi-Agency Center, as it continues its transformation into a full-service, year-round shelter.
The facility, located inside the old Park Elementary School, first opened last year during Phase One. Now, it’s evolving into a 24/7 low-barrier shelter that offers not only a bed but also essential support services to help people get back on their feet.
