High heat & humidity continues across Kansas after storms

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The heat and humidity is on again today as afternoon temperatures in the middle 90s feel like 105 degrees, if not hotter when you factor in the humidity. Like Monday, a gusty wind from the south will offer some relief from the heat.

It’s MOTS, or more of the same on Wednesday as afternoon temperatures in the middle 90s feel like 105 degrees, give or take, and south winds between 15 and 25 mph occasionally gust to 30 mph.

A healthy piece of energy coming out of the Rockies on Wednesday night into Thursday will ignite scattered to numerous storms across the state.
