WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A 25-year-old man is in critical condition following an early morning shooting in Wichita.
Officers were called to the 400 block of North Mathewson (near Central and Hydraulic) around 2 a.m. Saturday, and found the man with two gunshot wounds to the upper torso. He was alert and conscious at the scene and was taken to a local hospital. Police said he is expected to survive.
Investigators believe the shooting happened a block away in the 400 block of North New York, possibly following a fight. Multiple shots were reported, but no arrests have been made…
