WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – High heat index values return on Tuesday with feels like temperatures will be near 105, but storms are set to return Tuesday night and again Wednesday with a cold front moving in.
The best chances for storms will focus over northern Kansas Tuesday evening and overnight, but by Wednesday, the chances will have shifted to southern Kansas. Highs will be in the 90s Tuesday, but should start cooling down on Wednesday with most areas back into the 80s.
