WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — In a Facebook post on Thursday, David Cochran, owner of Wichita restaurant Pig In! Pig Out! Barbeque announced that doors were closing. This comes after months of struggling with health concerns. Ahead of the shuttering, planned for Saturday, the business flooded with people looking for one last taste.
In operation for nearly 30 years, the restaurant entrenched itself in the city’s consciousness through charitable work and celebrations. Customers and family say the line around the block is evidence of a business in service to its community.
