WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – A senior community in Wichita is on the path to recovery following the recent theft of its air conditioning units. The La Familia Community Center was forced to temporarily close its doors due to the theft.
Since news of their plight aired yesterday, an outpouring of support has flooded in, with donations and offers of assistance from various companies.
