WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Wichita police have identified the man who was found shot to death in north Wichita Friday morning.
Just before 8:45 a.m., first responders were called to the 2400 block of N. Jeanette for a report of a man down in an alley.
When they arrived, they found a 49-year-old Ruben Parga-Quintanar of Dodge City with a gunshot wound to his upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police did not specify why Parga-Quintanar was in Wichita, but on Friday, they indicated that he may have been homeless. They say it appeared he had been shot at a different location and rode a bicycle at least three blocks before collapsing…
