WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – An off-duty Great Bend school resource officer shopping at Towne East Square on Friday is credited with stopping one of the shooting suspects.
Wichita police said a fight outside of the mall turned violent, and one teen pulled out a gun and started shooting, hitting two teens.
The officer witnessed what happened and immediately took action. He told KSN News he is not used to seeing violence like that…
