The next Jersey Mike’s Subs location is just months away from opening. It’s set for the new Cooper Ridge shopping center at 217 S. Ridge Road which is near the corner of Maple and Ridge Road, north of Outback Steakhouse.
This will mark Wichita’s fourth location, fifth if you count the location in Derby.
