WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Wichita Police say a 23-year-old man has died following a shooting in Old Town.
It happened shortly before 1:40 a.m. when police responded to a shooting report at Douglas and Rock Island and found D’Andre Rubio-Glover of Wichita with a gunshot wound. EMS took him to the hospital, where he died a short time later.
