Wichita’s Riverside pagoda vandalized, renovations delayed

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A historic Wichita landmark has been vandalized, and community members say they’re heartbroken.

The pagoda, which stands in the heart of Riverside Park, is more than a century old.

“This, we think, might be one of the last ones left,” Lynn Rogers, the chair of the Friends of the Kansas Wildlife Exhibit, said.
