Wet & chilly Friday across Kansas

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – After a nice and quiet Thursday, another cold front is pushing through the state this morning, bringing scattered showers and much cooler temperatures across the state.

Light to moderate showers this morning will continue on and off throughout the day, especially along and south of I-70. Showers will likely wrap up around 7 PM with clouds clearing through the night. Expect a chilly afternoon with temperatures in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Unlike today, the weekend will be dry and much nicer with cooler than normal temperatures in the low to mid 70s. Skies will be mostly to partly sunny, but slightly hazy due to wildfire smoke from Canada…
