Salina Police arrested a Sedgwick man, after backing up traffic with a semi-truck.

According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on Monday, September 8 at around 1:00 pm, a report was made about a semi-truck that was stopped in the middle of the road on the 600 block of S. Ohio.
