Roaches, flies, crumbling stairways, broken and stained furniture, moldy carpet, foul smells, expired food, dirty equipment, an accumulation of dead bugs and more are among violations Kansas Department of Agriculture inspectors discovered during recent food safety and lodging inspections in the Wichita area.
