Wichita City Council updates ordinance in effort to reduce crime in Old Town

WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – The City of Wichita is trying to make it more difficult for people convicted of crimes to have access in Old Town.

A Wichita city ordinance states that if you’ve been convicted of a crime in Old Town, you’re not allowed to return to the district.
