WICHITA, Kan. (KWCH) – Showers and thunderstorms will be off and on for Kansas through Thursday as a slow moving upper system hangs over the Plains. As a result, cooler temperatures return for a few days with highs in the 70s for second half of the week.
Some of the best chances for rain will come early Wednesday, followed by another round into the evening and overnight. Severe storms should be unlikely on a large scale, but some pockets of heavier downpours are possible.
