State troopers charged a Kansas man Friday morning with making a terroristic threat with shotgun on Neb. Highway 2 in Buffalo County.
Around 9:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 26 the Nebraska State Patrol received a report that a motorcycle rider was driving recklessly and threatened another vehicle with a shotgun, NSP spokesman Cody Thomas said. The rider reportedly pulled a shotgun out of a motorcycle saddlebag and waved it at another vehicle.
