WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A man charged in connection with a fatal stabbing reportedly confessed to it.
It happened shortly before 9 a.m. on Saturday, August 30, in the 800 block of South Fern. Police responded to the scene and found Elvera Langkiet, 64, with stab wounds to her neck.
