WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Wichita veteran Kye Tuepker has focused on pursuing opportunities for a better life. He says that is why he joined the Marines and why he moved to the Air Capital after his service.
Tuepker is an Oklahoma native who realized a childhood dream in 2009 when he enlisted in the Marine Corps. He trained to be a tractor-trailer operator, but upon arriving at Camp Lejeune, he discovered that his training was far from complete.
