One person died early Monday morning following a fiery crash near Maize, authorities say.
The name, age and city of residence of the person killed were not immediately released.
Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office spokesman Brandon Stitt said a Pontiac G6 was traveling west on 45th Street North where the pavement transitions to gravel just west of 135th Street when “the driver lost control on the gravel and hit a tree.”…
