Sedgwick County Environmental Resources will start a free mattress disposal program for county residents on October 13, 2025. Residents can request a coupon on the county website. Each coupon allows disposal of up to two mattresses or box springs for free within one month. Only one coupon is allowed per residence. The program is not available to businesses.
